01
Application and acceptance
Participation is by application through the Tactical Survival affiliate program on Whop. Approval is discretionary and applies only to the public identities, sites, newsletters, channels, and traffic methods disclosed in the application. A Whop account alone does not guarantee acceptance into this program.
02
Commission and attribution
The founding-partner launch commission is 50% of collected product revenue before taxes on valid attributed sales of approved products. On a full-price $57 sale that is $28.50 before affiliate-side fees and any refund reversal. The founding rate is available to approved partners accepted during the launch review period. The standard attribution window is 30 days unless the Whop affiliate portal shows a different written setting. Whop's recorded referral and order data controls attribution. Self-referrals, duplicate orders, fraud, forced clicks, and other invalid referrals do not earn commission.
03
Refunds, review, and payout
A refunded order voids or reverses its commission. Referrals and earnings may be held or reviewed for refunds, disputes, fraud, compliance, or attribution problems. Whop controls platform payout timing, eligibility, verification, and payout-provider fees under its current terms.
04
Required disclosure
Every promotion must clearly and conspicuously state the financial relationship with the endorsement itself and before or beside the link. Approved default: “Paid link: I may earn a commission if you buy through this link, at no additional cost to you.” A profile disclosure, hidden footer, vague “affiliate link” label, or platform tool alone is not sufficient when a reader could miss the relationship.
05
Approved claims only
Affiliates may use current official creative and the written claims supplied in the TSFM Affiliate Compliance Kit. They may express honest opinions, but may not guarantee survival, safety, rescue, preparedness, or results; invent urgency or scarcity; imply government or expert endorsement; fabricate credentials or reviews; or publish unreviewed high-consequence advice as part of the promotion.
06
Prohibited traffic and conduct
No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, cookie stuffing, adware, forced clicks, deceptive redirects, impersonation, fake accounts, domain confusion, trademark paid-search bidding, unauthorized coupons, self-referrals, or promotion where platform rules prohibit it. Affiliates may not present themselves as the publisher or alter official assets in a materially misleading way.
07
Monitoring and enforcement
The first placement requires written approval before publication. We may request a correction, pause referrals, reject an invalid referral, or terminate participation for deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, or repeated noncompliant conduct. Immediate suspension may be used for fabricated evidence, guaranteed-outcome claims, unsafe instructions, spam, impersonation, or tracking abuse.
08
Future program review and contact
We will review program terms for future applicants after the earlier of 90 days or 100 completed affiliate-attributed sales. An accepted partner's agreed commission rate will not change unless both parties agree in writing. Program settings shown in the Affiliate Hub and a current written campaign brief supplement these terms. Questions and pre-approval requests may be sent to support@tactical-survival.com.
