Thirty-day window
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. Email support@tactical-survival.com with the order number and the email address used at checkout. You do not need to invent a reason.

Delivery and billing problems
Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, a corrupted file, or a Whop order that did not provide access. We will first try to correct a delivery problem and will issue an appropriate refund when it cannot be resolved.
Whop processes the transaction as merchant of record. Check the Whop receipt and payment record if you do not recognize a charge connected with the purchase.

How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are processed through Whop to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary after a refund has been issued.

Fair-use boundary
This policy is designed for good-faith buyers. Fraud, repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, or material misuse of the licensed files may be denied where permitted by law. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer right.
