The product and transaction
The Tactical Survival Field Manual is a one-time digital product. The specific edition, price, included files, delivery method, and any update promise shown at checkout control that purchase.
Checkout is processed by Whop as merchant of record. Whop handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks under its checkout and buyer terms. The checkout, receipt, and payment record identify the transaction processor.

Educational scope
The manual provides general educational information and planning tools. It is not emergency response, medical, legal, engineering, electrical, fire, weapons, rescue, or other professional advice. Conditions, laws, equipment, capabilities, and official instructions vary. Follow current official warnings and manufacturer instructions, obey local law, and use qualified professionals and hands-on training where consequences are high.

No guaranteed outcome
No publication, plan, drill, product, or piece of equipment can guarantee safety, survival, readiness, or a particular result. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for your household and for stopping when conditions, health, skill, law, or equipment make it unsafe.

License and acceptable use
Your purchase is governed by the personal household-use license. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, sublicense, or use the files for organizational or paid training without written permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt to defeat its security, or interfere with another user.

Lifetime updated versions
Your purchase includes lifetime access to every future updated version of The Tactical Survival Field Manual at no additional charge. Published versions are made available through the original purchase email or delivery platform. This applies to this manual, not unrelated products or services. There is no fixed publication schedule.
Keep an offline backup and access to your purchase email. Information, source links, and gear entries may be revised as conditions change. The Field Updates page provides edition and purchase-support information. Nothing here limits the included future-version access or your mandatory legal rights.

Liability boundary
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and digital product are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated at checkout, and Tactical Survival Field Manual is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
