Information you provide
We receive information you choose to send to support@tactical-survival.com, such as your email address, message, order number, correction report, or refund request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or unnecessary medical or other sensitive information.

Orders and payment data
Purchases are processed by Whop as merchant of record. Whop collects the checkout, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, account, and order information needed to complete the transaction under its own privacy terms. Tactical Survival Field Manual does not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may receive order details needed for delivery, support, refunds, accounting, and affiliate attribution.

Site and hosting data
Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. The current launch version does not intentionally run Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or cross-site advertising trackers. When you follow a purchase link, campaign labels and a Whop-issued affiliate code in the current page address may be passed to Whop to identify the referring promotion. This site does not save those labels in browser storage; Whop handles checkout and referral tracking under its own privacy terms.

How information is used
We use information to deliver purchases, answer support requests, process refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain edition records, correct errors, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.

Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers that host the site, route support email, process orders, prevent fraud, or provide professional and legal support, and when disclosure is required by law. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including applicable accounting, tax, dispute, and legal requirements.

Choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we control by emailing support@tactical-survival.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute obligations require it. Additional rights may apply based on where you live.

Changes and contact
If we later add analytics, advertising technology, or an email newsletter, this notice will be updated before those uses begin and consent controls will be added where required. Privacy questions can be sent to support@tactical-survival.com.
